Considering a move to Lake Conroe?  There are many Pros to moving to Lake Conroe, so it makes it hard to only choose a few.  Here are some of my favorite reasons moving to Lake Conroe is a great choice!

LOCATION

Located almost 40 miles north of Houston, Lake Conroe is one of the most attractive areas to live in Texas. Lined on one end by the towering pines of the Sam Houston National Forest, three golf courses and some impressive communities which makes Lake Conroe a beautiful place to call home.  Although it is named Lake Conroe, only a small part of this lake is actually in Conroe, Texas. Most of the lake runs through Montgomery and Willis.

The lake Conroe area is a perfect blend of peace and excitement. Due to its prime location, you can find the some of best shopping malls, hospitals, community festivals, and the serene Lake Conroe within a few miles. This area lets the residents enjoy a peaceful and serene lake lifestyle without compromising city conveniences, entertainment, and activities.

CLIMATE

Another pro of moving to Lake Conroe is the climate.  Now some may find this surprising because the climate in Lake Conroe can be a bit bipolar.  It’s not unusual in March to see multiple seasons in one day.  You can wake up in the mid 30’s, have a high in the 90’s and a cool 60’s evening. Welcome to Texas!  On peak summer days of June and July, the temps can hit a balmy temperature in the high 90’s with a steamy 98% humidity.  We call this “air you can wear”!  That being said, the winters are typically pretty mild. On average during the year, the temperatures will fall between 42° and 94° and is rarely below 28° or above 98°.  Because of our relatively mild climate, you can enjoy the amenities year round!
